Loading Basket
Components are loaded into the basket for the cleaning process.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Components undergo ultrasonic cleaning using hot water and
chemical solution for approximately 03 minutes at 50–60°C
and 28–40 kHz.
Rinse Wash
Fresh water or DM water is used to rinse the components
and remove remaining cleaning solution for approximately
01–02 minutes.
Drying
Hot air drying removes moisture from the components using
hot air at approximately 80–100°C for 02–03 minutes.
Unloading Basket
The cleaned and dried components are transferred out of
the machine for further handling or processing.
